Rupinder is a certified Result Associate Coach by NeuroLeadership Institute, certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner by Indian Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming and has attended workshops on skill assessment by Cambridge University. She is also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO by TUVSUD-South Asia. She has done two post-graduation studies as PGDBM with specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning and M.Com from Annamalai University, after completing her regular graduation from Delhi University with Commerce as major and correspondence study from Manipal University in Bachelors in Information Technology.
