Manav is a celebrated Chef who has spent 25 years in the business of food and gastronomical affairs. He has worked as Senior Chef with the Taj Group of Hotels. He has been a restaurateur, chef owner and partner in more than 10 restaurants in Delhi. For the last 12 years Manav has been a Hospitality consultant providing restaurant consultancy and hospitality advisory services from conceptualization to execution of F & B businesses. Till date Manav has set up more than 100 F&B projects in India and Abroad. His passions include being a creator, an organic thinker, start-up mentor, leadership coach and golfer. He is the recipient of many prestigious awards including the “Gourmet Guru” in 2011. He brings to the table his skills to undertake recipe development, training in food safety, HACCP concepts and food hygiene. He specializes in costing, menu planning, manpower planning and concept building.
